Good experience over several years. Belvoir Erdington have been managing our property since 2008. Throughout this time we have had no issues with them whatsoever. From our perspective, the change of management a few years ago was also seamless. They have always responded promptly and efficiently to our requests, and as far as we can be sure, to those of our tenants too. We let only one property and are not professional landlords, and Belvoir provide a good service adapted to our needs. Since we live quite far from the property, the regular inspections they carry out are particularly helpful in identifying any repair work or maintenance needed to keep the property in good condition.
