Our experience during the 6-month tenancy (4 Jan - 4 July 2016) was punctuated by financial challenges but we were able to cope due to the fact that the agents mentioned especially Zulekha (the direct contact person) facilitated the process for us to fulfil our financial commitments by seeking to understand the circumstances and making reasonable adjustments to ensure that the agent-tenancy relationship in view of the agreement was not unduly compromised. Conna played his part especially in the initial stages and was professionally friendly when coming to the house for various viewings prior to us leaving the property. Northwood Sutton via Zulekha facilitated the process for us to rent the property (our current place of residence) by providing a reference. Overall, the high standards (communication, inspections, end of tenancy requirements, etc.) upheld by Northwood Sutton through the practices of the 'said' agents must be commended. As tenants for over 20 years, your professionalism is striking and our learning and development in many aspects have been enhanced in view of future growth.
