We purchased our house through Northwood in Sutton. Natalie was extremely helpful in dealing with a very difficult vendor given the number of issues that came up before we were able to exchange. She was also great in showing us other houses before we made our decision. She was always professional and punctual without being too pushy as most other estate agents are. We will definitely consider Northwood should we decide to sell our house in the future.
