Fantastic experience with Unique Estates: from moving in, throughout the tenancy agreement any dealings were efficient and friendly. I've had issues with some letting agents at the end of the lease and it can be a bit of a battle to get money back. It could not have been simpler and the money was refunded promptly, without quibble or fuss.
