I have rented trough Unique Estates for over 7 years and I always found their service absolutely nothing short of Excellent. Whenever I had any issues with the property I was renting in North London, Chris and John have always been extremely responsive and in most, if not all, cases got the problem sorted that same day for me. Their contractors are extremely friendly and clearly professionals too. Unique Estates is managed to the highest standards one could ever not even imagine from a letting agent and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, responsive, and friendly partner for rentals.property management etc. I have now left the property I was renting trough them and I was quite sad to move out both because the property was amazing and a place that I called Home for a very long time, but also because I know it will not be very easy for me to find another letting agent as professional as Unique Estates has been for the entirety of my 7-years-long rental.
