Worst agency so far!!!! We get contract, pay money and when i have to get keys they say sorry, the landlady changed the mind. We have to cancel everything, wait for us 6 000£ pounds and two months after i started to have bills for gas, power and water. We are here to help... then opsy daysy its not us problem, fok off and have nice day.

Hello We are very sorry that you are unsatisfied with the service received by our office. We were instructed to rent the property and draw paperwork for you moving into the property which we did. Unfortunately the landlord pulled out last minute due to a family matter and resulted in her being unable to let the property. This was out of our control and in no way a reflection on anything we had done wrong. As soon as we were made aware, we advised yourselves, tried to find you another suitable property, and after you decided the alternative house was not for you we refunded all monies you had paid instantly. We have acted in a respectful and timely manner, and we are very sorry this has happened, but need to stress that this has not been caused by us in any way. We wish you all the best for your future property search. Thank you

Wanted to do a viewing on a property. Left all my details and was told I’d be called the next day. No one called back and it’s been two weeks. Being ridiculously busy with work I have not had much time to chase them but today I have the day off I was going through my favourites list on zoopla and noticed the property had been sold. Another lazy member of staff not doing their job properly, yet still get paid! Thanks for nothing you absolute useless company!

This is a really rubbish office. They ask a lot of questions, included inappropriate ones, before having a viewing. When I complained about that the agent, Sophie, did not answer at all, before she was emailing me at midnight. This is a discrimination. We have right for rent but this agency does not respect this right. I do NOT recommend for anyone this agency!!

Thank you for your comments, we have looked into all emails exchanged and can see our staff member was in contact at all times, notifying you of standard procedure when it comes to renting. We have to ensure before we take clients out they have relevant paperwork including right to rent, this is to avoid disappointment later on down the line in the event we cannot continue.
