I still don’t see what estate agents do to warrant such a large fee from sale of any property. Team were always professional but always felt conversations were either impersonal or dragged on with too much estate agent conflab. Agreed fee wasn’t not final price taken either. The only knowledgeable person seems to be Mohammed the manager, who occasionally visits this branch. When you ask questions to the agents, they always have to refer back the manager. You'll definitely get a property but be aware of the lack of aftercare support.
