They were all extremely friendly, professional and made the process seem very easy (when moving can typically be very stressful!). Sophie was wonderful in helping me find my rental property and was so responsive. Any query I had she answered asap - which is amazing as a lot of other agents I spoke with when searching were the opposite. Thank you Sophie! Summer in the admin team was also lovely to deal with and so efficient. The customer service I received from everyone was really outstanding. I’m really happy that these are the agents managing the property I rent, as this process has run with absolutely no issues so far! Thanks again!
