As the last person stated I spoke to Rachel a week and a half ago they began the reference checks which was a exhausting experience to begin with. When that all came through called and spoke to Rachel and booked my move in date. 5 days before due to move in I call to confirm and was told by Rachel that her and the landlord has decided not to rent me the property. They didn't contact me first I did and if I didn't I would have Been homeless. Be very careful with them as they may not have your best interests as a tenant at heart

Hi,we viewed one property for letting last Friday, we liked the property and we told Rachel that we will ready to start the paperwork and put the deposit. Their team wasting our whole week and today they are telling us that some body put deposit for that property. The whole week I did remind them that please start the paperwork, than ,remind them that we didn't receive the application form and than call them that what is the next step .....finally no respond from them and again when I called them today ,they are telling me that the property is no longer available. I don't know, that why they waste our time.they could say that we don't want to give you or we give it to someone else or they could say other reasons. Hope they see my massage and this never happens to others. Very disrespect people.
