I'll start with just this weekend. Packing to leave the house for an event and the handle for the window comes off in our hands as we try to close it. Crisis! But fear not, I've got Belvoir on my side! Rachel had a lovely guy out to fix it within 90 minutes on a Saturday no less. I've been renting for over 20 years now and with Belvoir for the past 8. Rachel and Kaz are always friendly, always on the ball and always willing to put up with my nonsense. I haven't had frequent problems but whenever an issue has come up, there's a solution in sight pretty much as soon as I've fired up the bat signal. Never had it better in the last two decades. Will be sad when it is finally time to leave.
