We were impressed with Fine and Country's offer and really appreciated Patrick's knowledge of the market and his interest in and understanding of our quirky property. His visit was friendly, thorough and unhurried. The company's fees are a bit higher than other agents but the quality and breadth of their marketing looks excellent.
