She said "this is not over." 9.15pm in the evening and Cheffins were in contact. Next day she negotiated with the buyer and his Solicitor. This went on all day. By 3.30pm an agreement was reached and we completed. When I asked Neave 'How did you do that?'. She replied 'I've been doing this for twenty five years'.
