A great experience using Sell Well Online. The team (Mel, Clair and Karen) were professional, helpful, patient and generally accommodating of our needs and requirements. The marketing and material developed to sell our house was excellent.

Sell well valued our house and Karen the lady was polite and very nice but we felt she over valued our property in the current climate and decided not to put ours up for sale with them. A house we have now purchased was up for sale with Sell well. We did not find it easy to get a viewing after contacting them as they didn’t return calls. I didn’t find them helpful when trying to put in offers either. The different staff don’t appear to share or store information so that they have it to recall when you call up so it gets frustrating. I didn’t like the attitude of some of the staff towards me or how they seemed to belittle another member of their staff to me on the phone ( a oh you told her, well that doesn’t count sort of thing). They also told me we hadn’t sold our house if we didn’t have the memorandum of sale when we had. I found talking to them stressful. In the end we just talked directly to our vendor as saved miscommunications via sell well. Mel was helpful at the last few days when there were issues with things our vendor needed to do for their own purchase to us allow us to exchange and complete on their house. Holly was always lovely when I spoke to her and easy to talk to. Overall though myself and my husband wouldn’t like to have to deal with Sell well again either to buy or sell a house.
