Decided to use Sell Well as they appeared to be the most prominent agent in the area and I was impressed with the introductory visit. They also gave a very competitive fee rate. Initially thought they may be to busy and therefore I wouldn’t get the personal service aspect for my sale. However, I was proved wrong. We have finally completed our first house purchase through Sell Well. The one shining light throughout the stressful and drawn out process was Tia and Sell Well. Tia couldn't have worked harder for us and was often giving us updates before our solicitors could even get wind of them. Today when a full chain has exchanged contracts Tia has been working hard from 10am until 5pm getting us updates from other sales that has helped keep us at ease and I doubt we would have been able to exchange today without her.
