Sellwell by far beat other estates agents hands down only wish the house we purchased was through them as well unfortunately now however 100% recommend especially for selling our house they were amazing. They actually sold it twice over as first buyer pulled out. If it wasn’t for Rebecca constantly being on the ball and consistently keeping us informed and chasing all the different solicitors and branches of the tree etc I would have gone in sane. Rebecca was just amazing and I’m sure I did her head in at some point being impatient and on tenterhooks most of the process. I can’t imagine how much more stressful the process would have been without Rebecca (and Mel when Rebecca was off) that this would have been.
