A great many thanks for all the help at SellWell! It wasn’t the most straightforward of things mainly due to the onward chain but I was kept up to speed by Claire who behind the scenes did a lot of chasing up! I want to thank Julie, who initially showed my partner and I around the property, she has a wealth of knowledge about the local area, and a great eye for details along with a bubbly personality. I would like to thank Claire for all the hard work that she put in, particularly towards our initial cut off date, I think without her outlook on the situation and her clarity that she gave us we may well be in a very different situation now. I would also like to thank Rebecca who initially gave us the great news that our offer had been accepted and then later in the process stepped into Claire's shoes for a short period.
