Decided to use Sell Well as they appeared to be the most prominent agent in the area and I was impressed with the introductory visit. They also gave a very competitive fee rate. Initially thought they may be to busy and therefore I wouldn’t get the personal service aspect for my sale. However, I was proved wrong.
