Opted for SellWell to manage the sale of our property, we initially met Karen who talked us through the process and she came and took the photos of the property. The advertising was extensive across several platforms. The arranging of viewings primarily came from phone calls and emails from Katie, Melanie, Clair. We arranged that late evening viewings would be conducted by ourselves and all others by the team at SellWell which I know Rebecca conducted a couple of. They always provided feedback from viewings whether positive or negative which we liked because we would want to know both sides of peoples opinions. We accepted an offer after 5 weeks on the market and Katie then stayed in constant contact with us during the next phase of the sale letting us know how the buying party were progressing and seeing how our purchase was progressing making sure everyone was well informed. I’m sure the whole team at SellWell all played a part in getting our house sold and they did the job well.
