We completed on the sale of our house yesterday. Karen and Mel have been fabulous from start to finish. We warned Karen we would probably be difficult clients and I'm sure we lived up to this warning. Despite our many calls/emails both Mel and Karen dealt with us with the utmost professionalism and never made us feel that we were being demanding.
