What can I say about “Sell Well Mel” and the team…? We bought our house through them 5 years ago, and were so impressed we decided to sell it through them this year! They have a real human approach, no aggressive tactics like some of their competitors, just a genuine desire to get deals done. Absolutely first class service from the first visit - once again we were guided through the process, kept updated every week, and so grateful for the support and advice we received as our sale turned into a saga! Knowing we wanted to complete before the stamp duty holiday ended, Mel literally drove our sale through with dogged determination, just about managing to complete on the final day. Phew!
