I would highly recommend Mel and her team at SellWell as they simply couldn't do enough for us. SellWell managed to secure us a sale on the same day our property went live on Rightmove which enabled us to reserve our new build property. Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent, Mel and her team went above and beyond in their responsiveness and attention to detail which enabled us to exchange and complete on our sale within four months (during COVID-19). They did this by chasing our chain of solicitors and providing us with vital updates from further down the chain which appeased our new build developers. I will be using SellWell for any future property sales.
