What can I say? If I could give Sell Well 6 stars out of 5 I would. Mel and her team were nothing short of fantastic throughout the entire process. Friendly, unbelievably efficient, sharing an excitement about our house and with an eye for detail that was simply outstanding. And all done in such a lovely manner with a refreshing sense of humour. Every single person in the team performed to this level, and it is clear that they all care about their business and reputation passionately. We invited 4 estate agents round to discuss the sale of our house initially, and Sell Well were the first. I knew from the moment Tracy arrived that I would appoint them - and I was proven right time and again. Tracy’s photos were in fact so good I was worried that our house might look too good! Mel constantly went above and beyond in helping out with solicitors and tricky moments and I always felt she had our backs. I cannot thank Sell Well enough for making what could have been a very stressful process as smooth and relaxed as possible. Good luck for the future ladies – not that you’ll need it!
