Dear Umega, We rented 114/5 Viewforth through you for just over 2 years. Our initial experience was one of bewilderment and confusion. For example, we have never worked a combi boiler and our Umega handlers were none the wiser too. However, this all changed when we came into contact with Eleonora Vacca. Ms Vacca proved to be both reliable and punctilious. She answered our emails and requests immediately, and no task was ever beyond here ability to manage or advise us on what we needed to do. She was even able to give us a full break down, with contact details, on how to deal with our mouse problem. Moreover, her knowledge of rentals and flat management is exceptional. She could tell us exactly where the stopcock in the flat was when we had to turn off the water mains, for instance. Our urgent request was responded to immediately. I hope Umega appreciates Eleonora Vacca's diligence and professionalism in her engagement with renteers like us, and we would like to thank her through you for making our stay in Viewforth a pleasant one and for enabling our transition to our new home to be both smooth and free of unnecessary hassles.
