As per our response to your first 1-star review, we take this sort of feedback very seriously so have investigated the situation. I understand that the landlord’s preference was to use his own contractors for the hot water repair, hence the delay (we did push as much as we could on your behalf). I apologise for this on the landlord’s behalf….had we used our own contractors the repair would have been carried out without delay. I understand that, based on evidence supplied, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme deducted monies from your deposit to cover painting the living room (as you had decorated it yourself during your tenancy) and for repairing a door which had not sign of damage in the check-in inventory (the Tenancy Deposit Scheme partly charged you for these items based on evidence provided).
