Andreea, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with our service. We take this sort of feedback very seriously as we strive to deliver outstanding customer service. I have investigated the situation and have responded to you directly via email. My understanding is that money was deducted from your deposit due to cleaning required following you moving out. This cleaning was arranged directly by the landlord's Festival letting agency and so it was unfortunately out of our control. I understand your property manager helped you by removing some rubbish from your flat as a favour so he was disappointed to see this 1 star review after feeling that he had gone above and beyond!
