Need to give a 5* review for Nicola Shortreed at Umega. She's been a great help to us regarding our properties in Edinburgh. Nothing is ever too much trouble to her and she's always professional, courteous and friendly. She's been super efficient and even when we/the tasks have been 'challenging' she's always ended her call or correspondence with 'if there's anything else I can do to help, please let me know'.
