I attended a group viewing of a flat in Musselburgh with Umega. The guide, Rebecca, was very friendly, helpful and personable. She was very ready to answer all questions and she did so in an appreciative, respectful manner. She seems to be a person who likes people and who thoroughly enjoys working with them. In my contact with Umega generally I have found them to be appreciative and pleasant.
