I have been a Landlord for many, many years and similar to other reviewers considered Umega as a result of a long , slow deterioration in service from another agent. Oh my goodness, my experience with Umega was like opening the window in a stuffy old house...what a refreshing breath of fresh air! They made the transfer over seamless. They secured excellent tenants for me almost immediately at a good market rent. The process was clear, the costs transparent, communication was very good and it all happened with consummate ease...the true sign of a professional. This is a young ( relatively speaking) firm , with engaged and energised staff. I have been delighted with the service and am now looking to transfer over my other property. A big thank you Natalie, Steve and Natasha for all your hard work. I now have my own property manager, Callum and look forward to working with him going forward.
