As a student moving to Edinburgh from the States, I entered into the process of looking for a flat with a short deadline and many questions. Kim Craven, and really the entire Umega team, did so much to make this process as swift and accessible as possible for me. Every interaction has been a delight, and I can truthfully say they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, answer any questions I might have in a timely fashion, and help me find the right home. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Kim, and it's largely due to her help that I accomplished my goal of finding a great flat, and can look forward to a painless move.
