As a (very busy!) mother of 2 I needed a letting agent I could trust. I was referred Umega by my sister-in-law and have to say that I have been incredibly impressed over the past 3 years. As much as I don’t want to have to get a sink unblocked at my wee flat, it’s actually very nice hearing from the Umega team as they are a chirpy bunch who put a smile on my face and its reassuring to hear they’re on top of things. Photos after inspections are a great idea. Means I don’t have to visit. Thanks guys
