My property manager, Sarah Strachan, has been nothing short of fantastic. She came on in the final weeks of my tenancy with Umega but in that short time has been incredibly communicative, helpful and supportive, and served as an excellent intermediary between myself and the landlords (who themselves were utterly lovely). I'd particularly like to thank her for helping to resolve a difficult deposit issue swiftly and amicably. She is a credit to the company.
