I really wish, that I were able to give more than 5 stars to UMEGA. We purchased our Buy-To-Let property in Edinburgh, as the property was under DJ Alexander we decided to stay on the contract for a bit longer and eventually moved last month. In fact, we paid DJ's for the rest of the year to break the contract and to get RID of them. From the very first day, Erin / Clarie and the Upod3 team have been very communicative and prompt, something DJ's could never provide. Soon after the takeover, it was brought to our attention that the tenants had been chasing DJ's to get some basic repair work done but their requests were ignored for several weeks. This was looked into without delay by UMEGA. We love the customer portal that UMEGA is using, not only does it allow the tenant to raise an issue quickly but also notifies us with relevant pictures and references. We can then decide to request for further quotes or to approve the request. As soon as the issue is closed we then get a notification - Its definitely 21st century at UMEGA, something we never experienced at DJ's as well. Recently, we have received the comments from our tenants, mentioning how happy they were, just in the very first month of the agent transfer from DJ's. As landlord, all we wanted from a letting agent was peace of mind and effective service and thanks for UMEGA for meeting our expectations. Overall - EXCELLENT JOB.. They are definitely the future of how letting agents should work. Great JOB guys !!
