I will certainly go to Umega the next time I want to lease out my flat. The help I got from them made all the difference. Robert and Danielle were lovely to work with. I really benefitted from their local knowledge, their expertise and their contacts with tradespeople. They gave me great advice on what I needed to do to make my flat suitable for leasing out.
