I found the staff at Umega incredibly efficient and helpful. Their human approach is a refreshing change from most agencies I have dealt with in the past. Fantastic combination of professionalism and down to earth friendliness. Update: Umega have now been managing my flat for about six months and I am still very happy with the arrangement.
