We've been with Umega for over an year now and we are very pleased. They are professional and friendly and most importantly they respond fast to any questions or problems you have. Problems will come in any flat especially the old ones but our agent, Alicja, dealt with all of them in a very professional way and we couldn't be happier. I don't want to point fingers but the company that I work for sometimes sublet work from other agencies from Edinburgh and most of them don't have very good work ethics and they neglect the tenants, but it's not the case with Umega, we can highly recommend them.
