We rented through Umega for just over 2 1/2 years. Very positive experience. The moving in period was straightforward and throughout our tenancy we had a specific property manager (Nikki) who was very quick to respond to and resolve any issues we had. Moving out was also straightforward: as they managed found someone else to rent the property, we were not required to pay the full 2 months notice period. Also advised us on any issues as to how we'd left the property to allow us to go back in and resolve them to ensure the deposit was returned.
