The housing market is very difficult for tenants in Edinburgh at the moment, and as an agent we find most of our viewings are heavily over-subscribed, with some properties fetching hundreds of enquiries. When this is the case then we are not able to facilitate an online viewing due to having high interest levels in place. Where this is not the case then we're happy to facilitate viewings this way.
