Umega have managed my flat for over 3 years and have done a fantastic job. They keep me posted with any issues tenants' have had and always resolved these quickly. They have always 'pre marketed' the flat after tenants' gave notice, resulting in my property never being vacant for more than 2 days. They are easy to deal with and respond to requests very quickly. They advise when rents should be increased between tenancy. A great service at a very reasonable rate.
