I recently became a tenant of an Umega-managed property. From the outset, their service has been excellent. The application process was simple and the Letting Negotiator Team were friendly and very knowledgable about the property. Since moving in, the Property Management Team have quickly responded to any questions and solved any problems. A really helpful and friendly team - I would recommend them to tenants.
