The Umega team was great. Rebecca was great during the application process, and Gemma was invaluable while going through the referencing and finalizing the lease. I had some delays due to my visa, but Gemma put in a lot of work to help me secure my flat, consistently communicating with the landlord and being transparent throughout the whole process.
