I contacted Umega regarding a property me and my family wanted to rent for a short move to Edinburgh. My inquiry was handled by Krystian Kawecki. He was extremely helpful and polite! He was always available and responded quickly to any questions that I had. I am very satisfied with the way that he and the Umega team handled my case, even though at the end, for purely personal reasons, I did not rent an apartment through them. The only negative comment that I have for Umega, which to be fair applies to almost all UK renting agencies that I contacted, is that in order to apply for a property, one must prepay a significant amount, usually equal to one month's rent, with the possibility that the application will be rejected. However, to the credit of Umega, my deposit was quickly and without delays returned.
