Northwood have been great. Amazingly, if you call them then you go straight through to one of their team and you’ll have your question answered immediately. This alone makes them better than most other agencies. We had a couple issues with our apartment, correspondence was quick and issues were solved. Process of renting was quick. All questions answered.
