Moving home is never an easy time, but Lena and the team at Northwood made the moving out process as easy and stress free as possible. The advice and guidance given was accurate and reassuring. All communication was clear, and timely. Advice was given, and an open dialogue was maintained throughout to ensure each necessary step along the way was achieved by the required dates. It has been an absolutely joy to live in a property managed by Northwood. Throughout our two years there any issues (which were few and far between) were dealt with promptly, professionally and to a very high standard. If we are every in need of renting a home again we would definitely consider a Northwood property over any others first.
