⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Jock Clement (Northwood Edinburgh) 24 November 2025 I had a fantastic experience working with Jock as our property manager. He was incredibly responsive and proactive in resolving an issue with our washer dryer. Once the problem was identified, Jock arranged for a replacement quickly and had it installed without delay, just in time for winter! His communication was clear and friendly throughout, making the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend Jock for his efficiency and excellent customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 2025 I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dankia from Northwood Edinburgh. From our very first interaction, she has been incredibly helpful. With all my million questions, she has remained patient, polite, and always friendly. I've also had the pleasure of working with a few of her colleagues (Tom, Claire to name a few) at Northwood, and they have all been wonderful to deal with as well. I would definitely rate the service a solid 10 out of 10.
