I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dankia from Northwood Edinburgh. From our very first interaction, she has been incredibly helpful. With all my million questions, she has remained patient, polite, and always friendly. I've also had the pleasure of working with a few of her colleagues (Tom, Claire to name a few) at Northwood, and they have all been wonderful to deal with as well. I would definitely rate the service a solid 10 out of 10.
