Having dealt with a few property agents in the past we would recommend Northwoods without hesitation for both letting and selling. In February 2021 we approached Northwoods about letting our flat in Edinburgh. Lewis was very helpful, provided all the information we needed to make a decision in writing and then found us a tenant within two weeks. During the period of the tenancy, Northwoods arranged insurance for us at a much better rate than the premium we'd been quoted elsewhere and had reliable tradesmen on hand whenever repairs were needed. In 2023, we decided to sell. Cameron dealt with the sale with absolute professionalism and smoothed out a few situations when the sale seemed to be in doubt. Something we especially valued is the speed with which they replied whenever we contacted them. And they are a really friendly bunch of people too - what more could you want?!
