"Superb letting agency and..."

I have worked with Northwood for a few years. First as a letting agent and recently as estate agent when I sold my rental property. I can honestly say they were supberb. The letting agency was great in managing the property smoothly and keeping on top of all the legislation. There was always timely communication with upcoming changes or potential repairs. The property was inspected twice yearly and Northwood made sure the tenants took good care of it. The estate agents helped selling the property to the tenants and again, communication was brilliant. I was always kept in the loop and Northwood negotiated everything with the buyers on my behalf. I can highly recommend Northwood.
