Enquired about a property I had found to rent, used the website to enquire about a viewing however asked about dogs since they're advert was poor and didn't state this. Specifically mentioned in my initial email about dogs and if they don't then I don't require any further viewings. Recieved a email following day about viewings and if I wanted to go ahead with one. (Didn't answer my dog question) so presuming this property would consider my dogs. So replied saying yes I would like a viewing. No reply, so phoned to see if they got my email to get a very very rude man on the phone, saying this property doesn't accept dogs!!!! No apology , just a sorry our adverts are shocking and don't state about pets, or sorry this property doesn't, in a more customer friendly way.
