Hugh and Stuart always kept us in the picture regarding our rental property and informed us about any change in legislation, market conditions and were always available for guidance. We have worked with Northwood since 2012 and with living overseas took out the premier service which gave us peace of mind that our investment was being well looked after and maintained, something that we could not do from a distance. I would highly recommend this service to those who cannot or choose not to be hands on. Northwood seemed very circumspect in their choice of tenant and judging from the condition of the flat seemed to have made good choices. We were notified without delay of any problems that occurred and where necessary profession, vetted trades people were utilised to solve those issues.
