We have rented out our home through Northwood for the last 5 years and the service we have received has been exceptional. We are overseas and rely on them completely to keep the property safe and I have never had to worry. Their communication is prompt and always polite, nothing is too much trouble and they have a "can-do" attitude which is vanishingly rare. The 4 sets of tenants we have had have all been well chosen and the property has been looked after well. I feel fortunate that we made the decision to rent through Northwood, I trust the team there, and find them to be a class act in every respect.
