I've only been renting with Northwood for about a month now, but so far I'm more than happy with them and the experience has been very smooth so far. The team responds promptly and sorts out issues straight away. For example, when I notified them of the broken dishwasher in my new flat, they sent someone to put in a new one 2 days later.
